"Pricing is kind of a mess"
I got annoyed with the pricing and license stuff. It wasn’t clear what was actually included and what I’d end up paying extra for later. For something that’s basically just a download tool, I really don’t think it should take that much effort to figure out. Maybe the app works fine, but the licensing put me off enough that I stopped using it.

"Works with most sites I actually use"
Pretty solid app overall. I’ve used it mostly for YouTube and a couple other sites I trust, and it does what I need without much hassle. I like being able to save as MP4 or MP3 easily. Sometimes it takes a little while to parse, so I usually double-check the link and make sure I’m not clicking around on anything weird, but so far it’s worked fine for me.

I don’t know, I was disappointed. The videos looked kind of blurry after I downloaded them, and it just wasn’t the quality I was expecting. Something about it felt off, and I didn’t love the final result.

"I was feeling kind of trapped waiting..."
I was feeling kind of trapped waiting on a bunch of videos to download, but this actually made it painless. Even the bigger files finished fast, and I didn’t have to sit around staring at the progress bar forever. Just simple, quick, and no extra hassle

"Support fixed my license issue quickly"
I’m not sure if this is how it goes for everyone, but my experience was really smooth. My license wasn’t showing up after I switched to a new laptop, so I emailed support. They got back to me the same day with clear steps, and it fixed the issue right away. No extra back and forth or anything. Happy with how easy it ended up being.

I wasn’t expecting much, but this was actually simple to figure out. It didn’t take long to get going, and most things were clear enough without having to poke around forever. Not sure it’s anything groundbreaking, but for something easy and no-fuss, it did the job.
